NEW YORK, NY–(Marketwire – June 28, 2010) –  Songbook Entertainment/Atlantic recording artist Trey Songz was among the big winners at last night’s 2010 BET Awards, taking home the prestigious title of “Best Male R&B Artist.” In addition, the VA-based superstar stole the show with his tribute to Lifetime Achievement Award winner Prince, melding a portion of the classic “Purple Rain” to his own hit single, “Yo Side Of The Bed.” An encore presentation of the 2010 BET Awards will be broadcast by BET on Tuesday, June 29^th at 7pmET (Check local listings).
